SMART Advocacy is an approach adapted by the Advance Family Planning (AFP) initiative of the Bill & Melinda Gates Institute for Population and Reproductive Health at the Johns Hopkins Bloomberg School of Public Health. Advance Family Planning is supported by the Bill & Melinda Gates Foundation, the David and Lucile Packard Foundation, and The William and Flora Hewlett Foundation.
